There is an extensive preparatory training program for all new franchisees, including theory, practice, laser treatment, and customer service training.

At our training academy, training is provided in the treatments and running your own Swiss Allure clinic. Theoretical topics include not only laser treatments but also matters such as employee recruitment, sales techniques, inventory management, financial management, cost control, procurement, and local store marketing. Once the training is completed, an in-store practicum follows, as well as on-site assistance with opening or taking over.

Our franchisees have access to a comprehensive online training program to help train their teams. On-site training is provided based on needs by our dedicated Business Development Managers and Trainers at no extra cost to the franchisee. Your investment generally falls within the range of €25,000 – €35,000, excluding the initial franchise fee of €5,000. The investment level depends primarily on the chosen clinic location, the condition of the premises, and the lessor’s conditions or contributions.

In addition, you pay a fixed monthly percentage franchise fee on your gross turnover. The franchise fee includes: Swiss Allure concept, Swiss Allure lasers, offline communication package, marketing & sales support, online marketing for location appointments, internal training for laser specialists/location owners, manuals, and ongoing franchise support.
